Booth registration:
Vendors can choose an 8′ wide by 6′ deep space in a tented/covered space or a full 10’x10′ space outside where you provide your own or rent a pop-up tent. If your footprint is larger than 8’x6′ you MUST choose the outdoor 10’x10′ option. All spaces include an 8′ table provided by the Festival. Standard registration for 2 days is $150.

Food Truck registration:
Vendors selling food items for consumption on-site can register as a food truck for $350.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Booth cancellation requests received by January 31st are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. There will be a 50% charge for booth cancellations by a vendor in the month of February. Vendors who cancel their booth after March 1, 2020 will not receive a refund of booth fees.
